You'd think that all the life experiences that I've had thrown my way, it would be pretty obvious to me that I cannot control everything. Well, with two mild panic attacks later let's just say I think I've learnt my lesson this time.
Happy new year Britzie's. I hope that you all had a wonderful festive and that you're ready to face the year ahead.
I don't know about the rest of you but when this year started I felt so excited but I also had so much anxiety which then led to me dreading the year ahead. I have all these great plans but the fear of things not working out the way I want it to, got the better of me. What a way to start off a new year right?
You'd think that all the life experiences that I've had thrown my way, it would be pretty obvious to me that I cannot control everything. Well, with two mild panic attacks later let's just say I think I've learnt my lesson this time. So, if any of you are feeling the way I was please hear me when I say We cannot control everything! Just focus on your goal or your outcome, do your part (don't sit around and expect things to happen for you) and then have faith that things will work out, and if it doesn't that's okay too.
Remember your life is YOUR journey and yours ALONE. Don't put a timeline to it because things will happen as and when they are meant to. Don't give up on yourself or your dreams. Push yourself, believe in yourself, don't live in a box because there is no one way for things to work out for you. All that is meant for you will be yours!
