Happy Monday Britzies. It's already the third Monday for this year, Uh-Wow! I hope you're all smashing those goals and that everything is pretty much on track.

I saw this post the other day and I thought it was so true and I had a good laugh about it too, so obviously I had to share it, happy reading my loves.

Make sure your children's academic, emotional psychological, mental, spiritual, physical, nutritional and social needs are met while being careful not to overstimulate, underestimate, improperly medicate, helicopter, or neglect them in a screen-free, processed foods free, plastic-free, body-positive, socially conscious, egalitarian but also authoritative, nurturing but fostering of independence, gentle but not overly permissive, pesticide-free two-story, multilingual home preferably in a cul-de-sac with a backyard. Also, don't forget the coconut oil, have your shit together and maintain friends, date nights, self-care, yoga, meditate and cardio, be present, get dressed, wash your hair, but don't look too good because you're probably neglecting your kids if you do. Also get your gram together because well, if it's not on the gram it didn't happen.

Much love my Britzie’s XOXO

I aim to share with you my experiences on life's challenges while trying to mom like a boss, my interests and a dash of inspiration.

XoXo,
